Delivery Information

Orders placed before 12 noon will be issued and dispatched on the same (working) day. Orders placed after 12 noon, will be issued and dispatched on the following (working) day.

Working days are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any public or bank holidays. If an order is placed after 12 noon on a Friday, it will be issued and dispatched on the following Monday.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day, however orders must be issued before 12 noon Monday to Friday. If the order is placed on a Friday before 12 noon, it will be issued and dispatched on the same day, however the Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery until the following Monday.

International Signed For orders will be delivered within 3 - 7 working days depending on the final destination.
